What is TRUConnect®?

TRUConnect® is a telematic solution for Konecranes lift trucks, with a full suite of remote service products and applications to support maintenance, operations, and drive improvements in safety and productivity.

Get better visibility into your lift equipment’s condition, usage, and operating data, so you can stay ahead of maintenance needs.

We sell TRUConnect® in three different hardware packages, with a one-year contract included:

1. BASIC contains the modem, antenna, and some sensors. With this you can get all the CAN bus data from a standard truck. From fuel consumption and load spectrum to possibility to set ECO-driving mode, speed, and height limitation
2. PREMIUM contains all BASIC features and the tire pressure monitoring system. This is the “donuts” fitted on the wheels, and the shock sensors that are placed around the truck so you can monitor tire pressure on every tire, the shocks and how severe they are.
3. PREMIUM PLUS contains all BASIC and PREMIUM features, and an HLL filter and particle sensors are added. This monitors the temperature, relative humidity, conductivity, and permittivity. Based on the collected data and algorithms, you can see a trend over the remaining useful lifetime of the hydraulic oil. If PREMIUM is fitted, you need to replace the oil when it is needed instead of running hours. Depending on what kind of environment and how the truck is driven, you can reduce service and maintenance cost and detect malfunction in an early stage. This is one step towards condition-based maintenance.
