The all-new Bobcat® MT85 mini track loader has more power, increased lifting capabilities, greater reach, additional stability and durable components to help operators efficiently complete every day or challenging tasks in limited-space job sites.

This mini track loader has been designed to be used in landscaping, construction, building and grounds, and agriculture applications.  Users will benefit from its attachment versatility to use it as a stand-alone machine or pair it with other Bobcat compact equipment.

Stronger Lifting, Pushing Capabilities 

Compared to the MT55, the MT85 features a 35% higher rated operating capacity (ROC), rated at 850 lbs, to lift, carry and dump materials.  A 12% increase in lift height and for hard digging conditions, the lift arm breakout force has been increased by 29%.

New Dual Joystick Controls, Foot Pedal

The new MT85 Bobcat is designed with dual ISO joystick controls for overall increased operator precision and comfort.  The loader’s drive function is controlled by the left-hand joystick and the right-hand joystick controls the loader’s lift and tilt functions.  A new continuous flow shutoff pedal enables the operator to use approved attachments with continuous auxiliary hydraulic flow requirements.  The pedal must be engaged when the operator is using an attachment.

Two Track Width Options

Choose between two widths to best pair to an application.  MT85 loaders with narrow tracks are less than 36 inches wide with a bucket, and only applying 4.9 psi ground pressure onto the work area.  The MT85 Bobcat has the ability to maneuver through tight areas and work on small job sites.  The second option is 44 inches wide with a bucket, for increased stability and operator comfort.  The wide-track lowers ground pressure on the work area to just 3.5 psi ground pressure.

Ride-On Platform

A standard ride-on platform improves visibility to the front-mounted attachment, easy access to the loader controls and improves overall operator comfort.  It also increases productivity as travel speeds have been increased 23% to 4 mph in the forward direction and 2.8 mph in reverse.  Additional rear track roller for improved ride and reduce vibration, hip pads, cup holder, storage compartment for operator convenience.
