A: One point is earned for every two dollars spent before taxes on qualified customer-paid new or used equipment or serialized attachment purchases at participating Westerra Equipment and Williams Machinery retail locations.
Q: How much value is a point?
A: Each G.R.I.T. Advantage point can be used as $.01 toward future service transactions, and must be redeemed in $100 increments. G.R.I.T. Advantage points hold no cash value.
Q: What can I use my points on?
A: G.R.I.T Advantage points may be redeemed up to 50% of your individual customer-paid service bill. 10,000 points can be redeemed for a $100 equipment service credit.
Q: Where can I check my points?
A: You can check your points by visiting GritAdvantage.com. After logging in, navigate to your "Rewards" tab. There you can view the total number of points available, total number of points used, points history, and rewards history.
Q: How do I regain access my G.R.I.T. Advantage account?
A: You can regain access to your G.R.I.T. Advantage account by using the password reset. Simply provide the email you used to originally sign up, and the system will let you create a new password for access to your account.
Q: When do my points expire?
A: 12 months after the date they were earned.
